Degrees and Certifications
Accounting (Bachelor Degree)
Beginning in 2001, the Nevada State Board of Accountancy will require additional course credits in order to sit for the Uniform CPA Examination. The 180 total credit requirements for the B.S. Degree will not change; however, approximately forty (40) additional quarter credits will be necessary to sit for the CPA examination. The MBA program offered by Morrison University satisfies this requirement.
Computer Science (Associate Degree)
Morrison University Associate of Science degree programs are designed to prepare students for entry to intermediate level management positions in business, accounting, and computer science. Students learn the important functions associated with their specialty area of study and apply their knowledge to actual business situations. Emphasis is placed on developing conceptual knowledge and skills as well as the application of that knowledge base.
